It all started with an idea to create a high quality and fun development in the Hayward community. Our development is in a very desirable location being 3 miles to downtown Hayward, 3 miles to the Mosquito Brook Trailhead-Camba, direct access to the snowmobile and SXS/ATV trail network, minutes from numerous lakes, 1400’ to the Namekogon River and 4 miles to the Tamarack Health Medical center.
Pine Cone Pond is a 28 Acre neighborhood community with a 4 acre manmade pond at the center of it. Our pond is a clear water, spring fed, sand bottom water feature that includes 4 separate sand beach locations as well as a pier for your enjoyment. We have a sand beach community area that includes picnic tables, grill and beach chairs. Our recreation project is currently underway with numerous areas already dredged. We will be working on sand beach swimming areas, adding fountains and fish to the pond. Updated pictures will be available shortly as winter subsides.
Pine Cone Pond Development features a low cost HOA to cover snowplowing, road maintenance and common ground locations. Our HOA is only to cover these items and not to restrict home owners from enjoying their property.
